Fairfax House is a prominent Edwardian building situated between Chancery Lane and Holborn station. Set on a secluded walkway, just off of High Holborn and the entrance to the City of London.
In a project lasting ***, Fairfax House underwent a complete interior refurbishment, creating vast open plan spaces and a blank canvass ready for its new occupiers to make their own.
The ceiling services were exposed, giving the space a modern industrial style look. To carry on the theme a number of the perimeter walls were stripped back to the bare brick also revealing the original chimney stacks. The previously concealed Steel columns were exposed and treated adding to the ever popular converted warehouse appearance. A solid oak floor was installed throughout the floors.
