ChangeGroup is a leading provider of foreign exchange services for the international traveller and international businesses. With over 19 years’ experience of the foreign exchange market, ChangeGroup is still owned by the founding family members.
When Change Group took on a new lease in offices in Holborn they required a complete Fit-Out. Interco Projects were brought in as the Principle Contractor and handled the CDM, Project Management and Insurance requirements.
The work included new Komfort partitions comprising of fully glazed, dry jointed Polar Glass partitions with full height 12mm clear toughened glass doors. The doors were set into slim door frames to provide optimum acoustic performance.
The solid Partitions comprised of Komfort Komfire, upgraded with Sound Block boards. Included in the refurbishment was full height bespoke Audio Visual & display units in the boardroom and for storage and display solutions to the general office area. The units were complete with a high gloss white finish, all complimented with the extensive use of back painted glass and LED lighting.
Floor finishes were by Desso using Arcade carpet tiles and Amtico Spacia Woodstrip vinyl.
A new air conditioning system was included in the refurbishment as were new power and data cabling to all of the office desks. Lighting modifications were made to throughout the floor including new suspended lights.
A small kitchen and American style dining area were installed for Change group employees with integrated appliances.
The complete project valued just short of £100k. The project was delivered in 5 weeks; On time and within budget.
Once the move to the new offices in Holborn were complete, Interco Projects were brought in to carry out full dilapidation works at the Change Groups old offices in Marble Arch.
